Deca Industries has over 40 years of experience manufacturing, rebuilding, and modifying compactor rolls. We regularly refurbish bearing journals, recoat OD's, change shells, and make modifications for water cooling. We work on all brands of compactor rolls, and work closely with 2 of the largest OEM's in North America. We have many custom sine wave profiles to suit your specific application.
Deca Industries offers fully comprehensive gearbox rebuild services. We are capable of working on all sizes and styles of gearboxes. Whether you need simple bearing and seal replacements, a complete overhaul including new gears, or design modifications to better suit your application, we have the experience and expertise to complete the job. Deca is an OEM certified repair facility for SEW EURODRIVE and EICKHOFF.
Deca Industries rebuilds and manufactures new mining machines. We also manufacture a large number of replacement parts for continuous mining machines and roadheaders. Deca performs complete rebuilds on all continuous miners, as well as Alpine AM50, Alpine AM75, and Dosco roadheaders. Machine rebuilds can be performed on-site, or in our shop.
